One of our clients , Middle East’s leading industrial and medical gases manufacturing company  is looking for a qualified Maintenance Manager to lead its Central Maintenance Department, reports to the General Manager of Technical & Operations for their Saudi Arabian Plant .The Maintenance Manager role is in charge of overseeing all maintenance and repair activities for our company's plants and facilities. You'll lead a dedicated team of maintenance supervisors, engineers, and technicians, ensuring they adhere to troubleshooting guidelines to optimize equipment, machinery, and systems performance. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance procedures to enhance efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:           

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance supervisors, engineers, and technicians to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
• Review, develop and implement predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance procedures and checklists.
• Coordinate the execution of work orders within scheduled timeframes.
• Optimize equipment planned maintenance to minimize costs and enhance reliability.
• Review spare parts requests to optimize costs and maintain high equipment reliability.
• Implement solutions for recurring or high-cost maintenance issues.
• Manage operating expenses budgets and provide monthly variance reports.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Production departments to develop proactive maintenance strategies that improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct safety audits and provide staff safety training for maintenance teams and workshops.

Qualifications & Experience:

5. Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
5. A minimum experience of 10 years in maintenance role in Industrial Gas / oil & gas companies.
5. A minimum experience of 4 years in a managerial role.
5. Good leadership skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

• Basic Salary                       : 10,000 – 13,000 SAR ( Approximately Indian Rupees 2.45 Lakh to 2.87 lakh monthly.
