One of our clients in Saudi Arabia,  Middle East’s largest Industrial and Medical Gas Manufacturing company require Logistic Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in major medical & industrial gas manufacturing and/or international logistics companies with similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of product & delivery planning.
• Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description

• Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates in case of outsourcing.
• Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
• Supervising logistics, transportation, and customer services.
• Organizing plot routes, and process deliveries.
• Communicating with dispatch to ensure that drivers have accurate information about their routes.
• Responding to any issues or complaints.
• Researching ideal delivery techniques, routing, and carriers.
• Establishing procedures for employee performance evaluations
• Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
• Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
• Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
• Monthly Salary SAR 7,000 to 9,000  ( Approximately Rs 1.5 lakh to 1.90 Lakh month -100 % tax free as basic  plus housing allowance , medical plus usual Gulf benefits
