Summary
Managing and overseeing the operation & maintenance services in the 3 main cities and 50 villages of
Saudi Arabia. A population of 405,119 capita and 33,758 customer connections.
The O&M activities cover the followings:

Duties and responsibilities
• Manage the operation and maintenance of water supply and distribution system
• Manage the operation and maintenance of wastewater collection and treatment system
• Manage customer services
• Manage water demand, leakage control and NRW
• Provide support services in relation to O&M
• Carry out Consortium policies and procedures to meet target KPI’s
• Carry out programs to select, train and advance skills of NWC
• Carry out all billing, collections and customer service functions
• Carry out and coordinate with asset management team the update of the asset information
system, GIS and asset register
• Compliance with NWC polices, procedures and standards
• Oversee and manage water qualities laboratory
• Supervise and ensure implantation of Safety & health procedures/policies
• Others as directed by the General Director, Consortium Management and Client (NWC)
Education
• Degree in Engineering
Required Experience :
Experience
• Minimum 15 years of experience in water sector
• Writing / Speaking fluent English is a must.
• Strong knowledge in water & waste network management
• Strong knowledge in leakage detection and NRW management
• Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment plants
