One of our esteemed client, a leading company from Kuwait, in the food packaging & thermoforming industry would like to recruit "HR Coordinators" for their
operations in Kuwait.

 

Position: HR Coordinator
 

Job Location: Kuwait/UAE/Saudi Arabia

 

Job Description:

 

 

Responsibilities:

Assist with all internal and external HR and Administrative related inquiries, tasks, or requests of employees and the Management

Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.

Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference/background checks and issuing employment contracts.

Assist with performance management procedures.

Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.

Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

Assist with payroll and adhoc HR projects.

Leave and loan management

Travel quotations and bookings

LPO and invoice transactions

Assist in maintaining employee files/records/transactions

Performance evaluation Management

Time attendance management

Updating policies and procedures/table of violations-penalties/code of conduct government labor laws

Miscellaneous files maintenance

Archiving system

Generating periodical reports (salary changes/incentives/employment history/insurance list/employees with company properties/etc)

Handling newly hired and exiting employees

Drivers’ fuel recharge monitoring

Basic graphic designing (birthday announcements, photo collage for company activities, certificates, etc)

Contracts maintenance (internal and external agreements)

Performance-rewards monitoring

Training and development planning

Intercompany HR transactions

Temperature checking

Uniform monitoring/distribution

Support other assigned functions.

Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

 

Required Experience :

Should have at 5 years of experience in HR administration with a leading manufacturing unit.

Education :

Degree with a MBA in Human Resources.
