Responsibilities: |
|
Assist with all internal and external HR and Administrative related inquiries, tasks, or requests of employees and the Management |
|
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records. |
|
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference/background checks and issuing employment contracts. |
|
Assist with performance management procedures. |
|
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. |
|
Coordinate training sessions and seminars. |
|
Perform orientations and update records of new staff. |
|
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. |
|
Assist with payroll and adhoc HR projects. |
|
Leave and loan management |
|
Travel quotations and bookings |
|
LPO and invoice transactions |
|
Assist in maintaining employee files/records/transactions |
|
Performance evaluation Management |
|
Time attendance management |
|
Updating policies and procedures/table of violations-penalties/code of conduct government labor laws |
|
Miscellaneous files maintenance |
|
Archiving system |
|
Generating periodical reports (salary changes/incentives/employment history/insurance list/employees with company properties/etc) |
|
Handling newly hired and exiting employees |
|
Drivers’ fuel recharge monitoring |
|
Basic graphic designing (birthday announcements, photo collage for company activities, certificates, etc) |
|
Contracts maintenance (internal and external agreements) |
|
Performance-rewards monitoring |

Training and development planning |
|
Intercompany HR transactions |

Temperature checking |

Uniform monitoring/distribution |

Support other assigned functions. |

Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice. |
Should have at 5 years of experience in HR administration with a leading manufacturing unit.
Degree with a MBA in Human Resources.
