Our client in Saudi Arabia  established in 1954 and is the leading Industrial Gas Manufacturer and Supplier of Industrial, Medical, Specialty and Refrigerant Gases besides Welding Equipment and consumables. Head Office is located at Jeddah with branches covering throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

They require urgently Regional Sales Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive business strategy that captures sales targets, revenue goals, and stringent expense controls, striving for financial excellence and robust sales performance.
  • Set and vigilantly manage sales objectives for the team, offering ongoing feedback to ensure each member is aligned with these goals, contributing to an overarching environment that champions high performance, motivation, and unwavering dedication.
  • Provide direct leadership to the sales team, evaluating activities and performance, and instilling a culture of commitment, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Compile comprehensive sales reports and analyze regional performance data, presenting actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Craft, implement, and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored for both the individual sales personnel and the regional objectives, aligning closely with AHG’s strategic vision.
  • Elevate the sales team & apos;s expertise and morale through deliberate motivation, counseling, skills development and extensive product knowledge education.
  • Drive the proactive promotion of AHG and its diverse product and service portfolio, ensuring high brand visibility and deep engagement with both prospective and current clients.
  • Acquire and utilize an in-depth understanding of our ideal customer profiles, recognizing their unique needs and preferences, and integrating this knowledge into tailored strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proven leadership and sales management skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B operations with a proven track record of nurturing significant client relationships, understanding complex sales cycles, and successfully closing large-scale contracts.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Engineering degree preferred).
  2. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a sales management role, preferably within the industrial or medical gas sectors.
